Assix worked with the subcontractor and client team to develop a project cost plan which was reflective of phased temp works installation and removal requirements.
Key Supplier quotations were sought and provided to support the tender cost plan and provide current market value in support of subcontractor resource and plant costs.
Development and update of the project programme for pre-construction and construction phases.

PROJECT & COMMERCIAL MANAGEMENT
Network Rail Client Team engagement and liaison throughout
Facilitating subcontractor resource induction and training specific to project rail environment
Production of all subcontractor project/site specific H&S documentation including task briefings, risk assessments, method statements and lifting plans.
Site visits to monitor progress, inspect quality of installations and review working methods
Co-ordinating design changes for update of temp works drawings and associated calculations to meet site conditions.
Cost change control, preparation of subcontractor applications and final account submission
Final project sign-off and inspection services to present compliant installations to Network Rail
