ASSIX Awarded Listed Building Refurbishment & Health Centre Project

 

ASSIX have been awarded works to complete the reconfiguration & refurbishment works at Victoria St & Gell Street for the University of Sheffield

Following a successful tender, the works will include two phases. Firstly renovation of Grade II listed villa, followed by internal alterations to the University Health Centre. Including the following specific activities::

  • Structural alterations

  • Temporary Works

  • Roofing Works

  • Repointing

  • Render Repairs

  • Partitions

  • Fire Stopping

  • Mechanical & Electrical Installations

  • Decorations

  • Floor Finishes

  • Sash Window Replacements

  • + more

  • Scaffold access, edge protection to roof level.
